Patrícia is passionate for Customer Experience, OmniChannel Strategy, Mobile, Digital Mkt, Innovation and Organizational changes caused by the Digital Transformation.

Currently working as "Digital OmniChannel Manager" at E-Commerce & Digital Department of El Corte Inglés Portugal, Patrícia is responsible for the Coordination, Strategy and Project Management of new developments and Omnichannel Innovative & Digital solutions of the Group in Portugal.

The Group is a world leader in large department stores and a benchmark of Spanish distribution (with more than 75 years experience and 100 stores).

Before, at FABERNOVEL (an Innovation consulting company), Patricia was responsible for Lead Project Management, Customer Experience & Digital Strategy, of clients from different industries. Her main roles (with individual or group participation): OmniChannel, MultiDevice, eCommerce, Loyalty and CRM strategies; New Business Models & Customer Centric solutions; Mkt, Communication and Crisis Guidelines; Functional Specifications of Responsive Sites & Apps; Personas Cards & Customer Journey Maps; Usability & UserTesting / Interviews; Social Media Guidelines; Metrics analysis; Insights reports; Benchmarks & Trendbooks of different industries.

In other company from the group, named INSTITUT FABERNOVEL, in addition to lead workshops about digital, innovation, design thinking and new business models in several companies, Patrícia also worked as lecturer in the Digital Marketing course for executive managers (at ISEG University - Lisbon School of Economics & Management).

Before, Patrícia worked at PORTUGAL TELECOM, the largest telecommunications service provider in Portugal (owned by ALTICE), as Digital Strategist and Project Manager with Customer Experience focus, in the Digital Transformation Unit (of PT - Communications) and as Web and User Experience Consultant in the Interactive Unit (of PT - Innovation & Systems) for Sites and Apps projects.

In more than 15 years of experience in Digital Projects, she is proud to have worked with: Ikea, Unicer, Renault, SIBS, Janssen Pharma, BlueTicket, Panasonic, Leroy Merlin, OK! Teleseguros, EMEL, SL Benfica, Ford, CCB, MEO, TMN, PT Empresas, Área de Cliente PT, Cloud PT, Moche & UZO.

In 2016, finished an Executive Advanced-Graduation in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship at Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics.
